The quote above epitomises the servant leadership attributes DTM Harikrishnan displays over the course of his involvement with the Toastmasters.

Over the time of knowing this distinguished gentleman, I have never failed to be impressed by his diligent contributions to the Toastmasters' cause.

He brings across a level of assurance and astuteness in managing the broad spectrums of responsibilities he is tasked with. As the Club Growth Director, DTM Harikrishnan had committed zealously and worked behind the scenes, to bring about the materialization of new clubs. He was approachable and rendered extensive assistance to those who sought his advice.

Having witnessed his dedication and excellent management abilities, I am certain that he will bring about a natural and progressive impact when he is elected as District 80's Program Quality Director.

Harikrishnan Muthusamy has progressed very well along the Toastmasters levels from Club President all the way to Club Growth Director. This is an excellent achievement. Personally, Harikrishnan has gone beyond the call of a Toastmaster’s responsibility by being a sponsor to many District 80 conventions. Also he is the founder of Division T of District 80.

His affable connections with the public at large and the members of Toastmasters in particular are exceptional. These are the cornerstones upon which the District will find beneficial in its leadership ranks.

DTM Harikrishnan is my choice for Program Quality Director.

In the past 11 months as the District Speechcraft Chair in the Club Growth Committee, I have the privilege to work up close with Harikrishnan Muthusamy, DTM.

Soft-spoken, results-orientated, target-focused, HarikrishnanMuthusamy comes across as a fine gentleman, easy to work with and get along.

He has expended much time on Toastmasters matters, in spite of his heavy schedule running his successful business and contributing generously towards the community at large.

Harikrishnan is the ideal candidate to bring quality in the area of education and the Toastmasters programme within District 80.

"I have known Harikrishnan Muthusamy DTM for nearly 10 years now. Every time when I have heard his name, it has been followed by some significant contribution. In his term as Division A Governor he was among the first to make it Presidents Distinguished without making a big show of it.

When the time came to name a successor, it was that year where the Area Governors were not up to the task. DTM Hari had the courage to do something out of the box and championed for a person relatively unknown to Division A at the time - yours truly. He placed his full faith in me, supplied me with a few dedicated Area Governors for me to lead and readily offered whatever else I needed to do my job. He even chartered a club to ensure that the Division was Presidents Distinguished in not just his term but my term.

DTM Hari has also been the pillar of Tamil Clubs and built an entire Division T of Tamil clubs giving Tamil speaking persons the opportunity to sharpen their communication and leadership skills in their Mother Tongue".

DTM Hari is a noble man of honour. He has the human touch. Although a man of few words he cares for every human being that comes into contact with him.

He has spent thousands of dollars out of his own pocket to sponsor convention gifts and other plaques and trophies.

DTM Hari is here to serve with his heart.

What makes Toastmasters culture different from others is that you are surrounded by like-minded people who have common goals in leadership and public speaking.

Here I wish to honour a veteran leader Harikrishnan Muthusamy , DTM. He is an empowered leader who is innovative in building membership and is the backbone of the community. He listens to individuals and adapts to the constant changes in achieving the Toastmasters' vision and values.

I believe his hard-won experience and wisdom will continue to benefit the members in the Program Quality mission of our district.
